About the Position:

As a Tax Specialist, you will work closely with the entire XY Tax Solutions (XYTS) Team to deliver tax returns to XYPN advisors and their clients. • Help clients with IRS and State tax notices and provide audit support; helping others brings a smile to your face
  • Provide backup for other projects; you’re just as happy getting the assist as you are scoring the goal
  • Work with XYTS’s Operations Specialist to ensure our CRM is up to date and billing is accurate; the only thing that makes your heart sing more than precision is accuracy
  • Meet with your Tax Manager weekly to ensure metrics are met or, better yet, exceeded
