About the Position:

As XYPN's Office Specialist, you are a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. You care about one thing: making sure our office runs like a well-oiled machine. You'll oversee our office infrastructure, supporting our growth today and in the future. You'll live and breathe XYPN's mission and core values. You'll own all various aspects of business operations, from insurance and state registrations to parking passes for team members. You'll flaunt your entire spectrum of superpowers and put your talents on display as you maintain a cheerful and inviting space for fellow teammates. Your communication skills are top-tier and empower you to communicate effectively with...well...everyone! Your mission: helping teammates live their great lives...during office hours. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Facilitate daily office operations

  • Oversee our office budget (from rent to coffee to sticky notes)

  • Support our office expansion

  • Design and implement a vendor management and office inventory system

  • Serve as XYPN's Travel Administrator, ensuring policies & procedures are followed

  • Manage and enforce COVID-19 guidelines in the office

  • Serve as an ambassador of XYPN in our community

Start Date: December 2021

Status: Full-time (40-45 hours/week)

Location: Bozeman, MT

Department: Business Operations

Reports to: Chief Administrative Officer

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $53,164
  • Equity Program : All team members at XYPN are owners! We annually contribute an equivalent of 8% of your compensation into our ESOP as part your benefit
  • Unlimited vacation days to maintain work-life harmony (we require that you take a minimum of 3 weeks of vacation per year)
  • 8 paid holidays when the office is closed
  • 401(k) with match; you put in 6% and we put in 4.5%
  • 12 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave for the birth or adoption of a child
  • Health insurance w/employer contribution
  • Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life and AD&D, and Accident insurance options

  • Employer paid Long Term Disability coverage
  • $600/year to cover the cost of working with a financial planner, plus up to $500 toward the upfront fee

  • $500 donated to a non-profit organization of your choice when you volunteer 40 hours within the calendar year
  • $2,000/year available in Professional Development Funds
  • A sabbatical program that includes a cash bonus and extra time off at 5, 10, and 15 years

  • $5,000 relocation package available to those moving to Bozeman, MT

Requirements

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Authorized to live and work in the United States

  • 5+ years working in an office environment and/or in business operations

  • A warm, upbeat personality with the ability to stay poised under pressure and anticipate problems before they escalate

  • You're highly organized and a master of time management, you enjoy supporting team members so they can do their best work, and you love bringing order to chaos!

  • You're a pro at operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, service-oriented environment.

  • You're a real team player (and a standout one at that)—you're able to work independently and be flexible and responsive while never hesitating to take the initiative.
