Hours: 40-45 hours per week w/flexible schedule

Job Description:

As our Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with the management, monitoring, and optimization of XYPN’s marketing programs. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of inbound digital marketing concepts and best practices. You will have strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask while managing various deadlines. The Marketing Operations Specialist supports all day-to-day operations for assigned channels, aiding campaign planning, scheduling, implementation, tracking, and reporting. Your assigned channels will include the XYPN Radio Podcast, social media/Facebook VIP community, paid social media acquisition, and our monthly sales webinar (“MPC”).


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the set-up, publishing, and optimization of assigned channels to meet business goals
  • Consistently follow the cycle of testing, analyzing results, making recommendations and iterating
  • Tactical execution within assigned channels of high-level strategies identified to grow and optimize our pipeline of prospects
  • Track and report on KPIs that speak to your work, including ROI of budget
  • Follow marketing team processes and best practices, providing suggestions to leadership on improvement opportunities
  • Participate in and contribute to weekly marketing meetings
  • Assist with maintaining sound data by troubleshooting our marketing software and helping with error resolution
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or similar degree in an applicable field, or relevant experience
  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing or advertising or comparable educational background
  • Experience working in HubSpot, Facebook's Ads Manager, Google Analytics or Google AdWords preferred; willingness to learn required
  • Have a sense of urgency and strong ability to prioritize tasks, be self-motivated, and able to effectively manage time and priorities
  • Excellent written communication skills, verified by an assessment during the hiring process
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams or startup experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 / year, dependent on experience

  • Relocation assistance available, if applicable

  • 401K (4.5% match on 6% contribution)
