About the Position:
As an HR Intern on XYPN’s People & Culture team, you'll help optimize the entire team member lifecycle, with a special focus on recruiting and talent acquisition (and plenty of opportunities to flex your HR guns along the way). The best part? You’ll make a meaningful impact on current and prospective team members and other interns like you as you work to enhance the already too-good-to-be-true quality of life on Team XYPN
What You’ll Be Doing:
Help manage the candidate experience, corresponding with future team members
Help with events and internal engagement strategy
Participate and contribute to team member committees (diversity, wellness, fungineers)
Assist in scheduling team events, trainings, surveys, and meetings
Connect team member questions with answers
Other duties as assigned (no two days are the same in HR)
Start Date: immediately
Status: Part-Time (15 - 20 hours/week w/flexible schedule)
Location: Bozeman, MT
Wage: $15 per hour
