The Director of Business Development will lead their team in the pursuit of advancing our vision of expanding access to financial planning for young consumers (and the young advisors who want to bring it to them!).
This individual will oversee business development responsibilities, develop and maintain a lead/prospect pipeline, and serve as the primary liaison for all prospective XYPN members. They will handle inbound marketing leads via email and respond with appropriate resources, be responsible for tracking and following up with existing leads in the pipeline, help develop new initiatives to generate leads, schedule networking events, and create sales tracking sheets. In addition, they will initiate and facilitate introductory calls with prospective members so they can learn about XYPN, our mission, and the multitude of resources we provide to financial advisors.

Salary: $96,454 / year
