Job Description: 

We are looking for a highly motivated education and training focused team member to help us develop our people into being the best version of themselves. With 40+ team members, we recognize that our people are our only true market differentiator and cultivating that talent will be what determines the success of our company. The Talent Development Manager will independently coordinate, plan, and execute Education, Team Member Engagement, and Leadership Development Programs, along with other various programs as determined by our leadership team. 


Responsibilities:

  • Design, organize and facilitate programs to address business needs relating to team building, leadership development and required recurring trainings; including the on-going review of the programs and their effectiveness
  • Partner with Directors on development of success profiles, career paths and other programs to support team member growth
  • Consult with supervisor, leadership team and HR to provide guidance in the areas of talent
  • Support administration of team member engagement surveys and follow-up action plans
  • Develop communication and training materials to support talent development efforts
  • Support the performance management process
  • Provide input and expertise to internal training projects and ensure their implementation
  • Recruit, hire, and manage new internship program; designed to provide internal resources for our team to leverage

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Deep instructional design experience and knowledge
  • Experience with content development and delivery of content
  • Strong Program and/or Project Management track record
  • Teaching and training skills

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $67,472.00 / year
